Focus Retirement Services has been established by Sharon Osborn to provide a unique service for individuals that would like assistance in applying for their Age Pension entitlements or Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Cards but don't want to deal with Centrelink themselves or have to 'do everything online'.

It is through the relationships built and discussions that have occurred over many years with her clients that has lead to the creation of a service that offers the personalised, face-to-face assistance and guidance that individuals value when making significant changes to their circumstances. It's a big decision to retire or perhaps just reduce your hours so knowing your potential Age Pension benefits before making any changes can help make that decision process a little easier.

With more clients experiencing difficulties in trying to deal with Centrelink, there was an increase of requests for assistance to apply for their age pension. Applying for the pension can be an extremely stressful and frustrating process with hours at a Centrelink office or on hold with their contact centre. This is why we established our Centrelink Age Pension service. We will take care of every step involved in applying for the Age Pension or the Commonwealth Seniors Healthcare Card on your behalf. We deal with Centrelink so you don't have to. 

Focus Retirement Services operates on a true fee for service basis. Our fees are based on the number of hours involved to apply and receive approval for your Age Pension or Commonwealth Seniors Healthcare Card. This allows us to provide you peace of mind as you will always know exactly the cost prior to engaging our services.

Focus Retirement has now been established for over 5 years and has had the privilege of assisting nearly 1,000 clients obtain their Centrelink entitlements. We look forward to continuing to providing a positive retirement experience that our clients deserve.
